Synopsis

David is quickly rising up the palace ranks and before long, the king promotes him from his entry level musician and squire position to his most Senior Adviser.

His epic victory over Goliath even further advances David and as a reward, he is given one of the king's daughters for a wife. However, all the while, David still can't bring himself to forget Samuel the Prophet's words that one day, he shall inherit the throne.

Can love and loyalty defy all odds or will blind ambition emerge triumphant?
