Synopsis

Just after the famous homecoming of Marco Polo, a series of bizarre suicides plagues the city of Venice. All of these seem strangely connected to a set of exotic ritualistic masks that Polo brought back from his journeys. An inquisitor invited by the authorities to solve the case is prepared to stand in fight against the evils spread across the city by the mysterious masks, but is he really ready to face that which the masks have in store for him, or did he maybe just come to the wrong place?
