Synopsis

Long ago, the human race walked alongside a race of beings call "Hypers". Hypers are humans that are born with special abilities or have gained abilities through some kind of experiment of some sorts. But, like every race, there are some bad people amongst the Hypers called "Psychos". The Psychos caused destruction all around the world. The humans could not stand against the psychos for long. That's when he Hypers stood up for humanity and fought against the Psychos, keeping the humans safe. But humanity isn't as forgiving as the Hypers thought. The humans eventually drove the Hypers and Psychos into hiding by forcing martial law to have every Hyper and Psycho caged up or killed, deeming them unnatural. So now, in the present day, no one has seen a Hyper in decades. They are myths, stories fading over time. There is still a fear amongst the government, behind closed doors that they could rise once more some day....but for now, they hide in plane sight, right under our noses, walking right beside us.
