Synopsis

THE WINDS OF DESTRUCTION HAVE BEGUN. The rampage of Fugitive 212 continues unabated. Even an entire company of the nations' elite manhunters proved to be no more an encumbrance to him than a gentle breeze against a great oak. He remains at large. His objective, unknown. Simultaneously, the terrorist organization identifying itself as "The Millenium Society", has hijacked mass media for the purpose of making a formal declaration of war. War against whom? Only time will tell. Amidst these tumultuous events Joseph Paxton finds himself a man without a purpose. His life as an agent of law and order lost to him. His fiery zeal for justice all but quenched. With nothing to believe in, he can only ponder over the path that led him to his current straits. Specifically, the final mission of his beloved teammates.
